If he is UNLICENSED…. then he is NOT a Bail Agent. He would be someone UNLAWFULLY POSING as a BAIL AGENT. Grrrr. How does the media get away with such ignorance that tarnishes such a historic profession, dedicated to HIGH STANDARDS AND SAFETY?
We need someone correcting the media when they BLOW IT this BIG.
