That being said, although the article is obvious YELLOW JOURNALISM, it is useful in that our industry must monitor itself because there is a perception of the EXCEPTIONS being painted on us as a whole.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong><em><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">REMEMBER:<\/span> WE ARE THE GOOD GUYS. A bail agent is a WHITE HAT HERO.\u00a0 We serve a VITAL function within the justice system. In every industry, just like politics, there are CLOWNS and CROOKS.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em>BAIL AGENT X<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">Assault with a deadly weapon.\u00a0Burglary and grand theft. Receiving stolen property.\u00a0Perjury, domestic violence, and driving under the influence. Cocaine possession, drug and weapon sales, and attempting to elude police.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">These are just\u00a0a few of the felonies that bail agents in California have been convicted of in the past decade.
